The turning point came when I faced a crucial client contract late one night, caught between expensive legal consultation and the risk of signing something I didn't fully comprehend. This common dilemma faced by millions of freelancers and professionals worldwide inspired me to create a solution that would make legal documents accessible to everyone.
What it does
ChatWithDoc offers two powerful interfaces:
An AI-powered document analyzer that helps users understand any uploaded legal document, breaking down complex terms into plain language. A document creation system with customizable templates and DocuSign integration for professional contract management
Key features include expiration date tracking, searchable document organization, and instant AI explanations of legal clauses. The platform serves as a comprehensive solution for creating, understanding, and managing legal agreements.
How we built it
The development process focused on creating a user-friendly interface while maintaining robust backend functionality. We integrated:
