Inspiration

As an AI engineer, I noticed a major gap: existing chatbot builders are too complex, even for technical users like me. They often require setting up flows, CRMs, plugins, or coding things that frustrate non-technical business owners. Plus, tech consultants and agencies charge significant fees for creating and managing chatbots, which is a burden for both small and large businesses. This inspired me to build Chatizia Pro a no-code chatbot platform that helps any business owner create, deploy, and manage a chatbot in minutes, with zero technical knowledge and no high development costs.

What it does

Chatizia Pro is a simple, no-code chatbot builder designed for everyone — from solo entrepreneurs to large businesses. Key features include: ✅ Super easy chatbot creation:

  • Select a ready-made template
  • Upload your document (knowledge base)
  • Enter bot name, upload logo
  • Copy the embed link and paste it into your website

✅ Voice interaction:

  • Users can send voice messages
  • Bot replies in natural voice
  • Choose from multiple voice styles to match your brand

  • The chatbot can collect information like name, email, and other details as needed
  • All leads can be exported easily

  • All chatbot data, including conversations and configurations, can be exported
  • Data can be imported into other accounts for easy sharing or collaboration

  • Eliminates the need for expensive tech consultants or agencies
  • Affordable subscription-based model — ideal for small and large businesses alike

How I built it

I built Chatizia Pro entirely solo. The system uses:

  • A modular no-code backend for knowledge retrieval
  • Custom integrations for document ingestion and conversational logic
  • Browser-based speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs for voice interactions
  • Google Pay integration for payments (due to Stripe’s regional unavailability)
  • Secure, exportable data storage and management
  • The design philosophy: keep it click-simple without sacrificing capability.

Challenges I ran into

  • Designing a workflow so simple that non-technical users can deploy a chatbot within minutes
  • Building voice features that sound natural and support multiple voices
  • Handling payment integration without Stripe
  • Developing lead generation and export/import functionality in a lightweight form
  • Creating all of this as a solo developer ## Accomplishments that I am proud of
  • Delivered a genuinely no-code, no-fuss chatbot builder
  • Integrated flexible voice messaging with multiple voice options
  • Made lead collection and data sharing/export seamless
  • Enabled businesses to save on the high costs usually charged by developers Yeah obviously its built by no-code so it can be further refined !!

What we learned

  • Simplicity is more challenging to engineer than complexity
  • Voice capabilities significantly enhance chatbot engagement
  • Regional constraints (like payments) need creative solutions
  • Data export/import features matter a lot for business users
  • Even a solo engineer can deliver solutions that rival agency-built systems

What's next for Chatizia Pro

  • Add human-agent escalation based on sentiment analysis
  • Build an internal customer support module no need for third-party CRMs
  • Enable sub-user (agent) creation for support teams
  • Enhance multilingual and regional voice options
  • Provide richer analytics and insight dashboards
