Inspiration
Driven by a profound realization, this project came to life after witnessing firsthand the overwhelming and repetitive demands placed on customer support in my cousin's tutoring center. He shared with me that an astounding 90% of customer inquiries were concentrated on the same few issues, which sparked a vision in me: why not automate this repetitive task and streamline the whole process?
What it does
This project simplifies the creation of customer support chatbots, making it accessible for anyone without requiring any technical background. It's all about empowering businesses to handle customer interactions more efficiently and effectively.
How we built it
We crafted this solution using a robust Flask backend, integrating seamlessly with Google Cloud Platform for optimized storage solutions, ensuring both scalability and reliability.
Challenges we ran into
The journey was filled with daily hurdles—from implementing email verification to feeding initial context to the bot, and tackling database connectivity. Each challenge was a lesson in persistence and innovation, pushing us to refine our approach continually.
