The chatbot is used to place order for shipping cargo from few available ports to some other ports. The category available for transport are small vehicles, heavy vehicles and passenger cars.
The bot asks for the date, type, port of loading, port of destination and email address of the user. Once the order is confirmed the company will verify and send the details to the email address.
