Chat Monster

Inspiration

I was inspired by seeing lot of similar products doing good while charging way too much for customers. I wanted to reduce the pricing significantly to help the customers put AI features in their website and businesses.

What it does

Chatmonster basically does crawl customer website, it supports additional tools like PDF, Notion, File uploads and convert them to vector database. And when any query comes to the customers website it matches them with proper document and create a response using their document.

Challenges we ran into

I am facing some challenges in gather feedbacks and turning the features that I have in mind to reality. I am a solo developer that's why it's taking time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Other solutions in this domain are charging way too much I am proud of giving the service half the price.

What we learned

I have learned a lot of things. Most importantly I enjoyed building the project and this is my first production level side project.

What's next for Chat Monster

I am exploring lot of ideas, have been talking with businesses and customers to ideate what features to built. Some of the key feature that I have in mind is

1. Voice Calling customer service
2. Template store for chatbot
3. Reducing GPT cost.
