Inspiration

As the costs of housing, food, healthcare and consumer goods have snowballed since 2022, personal finance has become more complicated—and critical—than ever.

What it does

Our app combines personal accounting and planning for one's financial future into a unified, approachable experience. With the power of AI, we can help consumers make more intelligent use of limited financial resources today, and shed a generative predictive light on tomorrow to create realistic expectations of post-work lifestyles and the sacrifices needed to achieve them.

How we built it

Ideation and team collaboration in Figma, then developed a high-fidelity interactive prototype.

Challenges we ran into

The amount of time, haha. For real we really wished we could have expanded all of the features we thought of.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The fidelity of the final project. We are very happy with the direction we took with our project.

What we learned

The time it takes to create and finalize your ideas is always longer in reality then you will expect it to be.

What's next for Chase

We planned (but lacked sufficient time to complete) a 'retirement planner' flow, in which customers could describe (in natural language) what lifestyle they expect. Using NLP, the app would recommend a realistic savings amount to meet the lifestyle parameters and suggest a plan to meet it.
