Inspiration

Chargur was born out of a common pain point in app development cycles: the dreaded project stall. We noticed many developers start with enthusiasm, only to:

  • Lose sight of their original vision as new ideas cloud the core purpose.
  • Forget what the next actionable step should be without clear, living documentation.
  • Struggle with feature creep that delays or derails launch plans.

We realized this wasn't a lack of ideas or skill, but a missing tool—a cohesive, evolving blueprint to guide the project from start to finish. After hitting a wall 20 days into building a different app, we pivoted to build Chargur: an AI-powered UX agent designed to solve exactly this.

Our vision is to create a fully agentic AI companion that guides developers through every step of app planning — starting with this MVP focused on UX documentation and architectural planning.

What it does

Chargur is the world’s first AI UX Agent built to help developers plan their app build before writing code or generating prompts.

  • It guides users through a structured 7-stage UX framework that clarifies intent, organizes features, and defines architecture.
  • It generates clean, prompt-ready outputs so developers can build smarter and faster.
  • Chargur acts as a thinking partner — understanding why you build, not just what you say — enabling natural workflow direction like “move on,” “wrap this up,” or “start stage 4.”

This isn’t a form or chatbot. It’s an agentic co-pilot for app planning that ensures you never lose your vision or get stuck halfway.

How we built it

Chargur was developed using Bolt.new’s platform in just 10 days, integrating their rapid coding platform to power a smooth, interactive interface around our proprietary UX framework.

  • The 7-stage framework mirrors real developer workflows, from early ideation to deployment prep.
  • The agent logic supports intelligent stage progression and contextual updates without the clutter of disconnected tools.
  • This setup allows users to guide the build plan with natural language commands while receiving structured, reusable output.

The result is a smarter, more intentional, and vastly more efficient way to plan app builds.

Challenges we ran into

  • Designing an AI agent that balances structured UX planning with natural conversational flexibility.
  • Integrating agentic behavior that anticipates user intent rather than relying on rigid prompts.
  • Maintaining clean, reusable output formats to reduce token waste while keeping the experience dynamic.
  • Pivoting mid-build when realizing our original project idea wasn’t addressing the core need.

Accomplishments we're proud of

  • Building a fully functioning MVP with Bolt.new that users can interact with to clarify and organize their app builds.
  • Establishing a 7-stage UX framework that is both actionable and adaptable.

What we learned

  • Pivoting and adapting quickly is essential in hackathons and early-stage builds.

What’s next for Chargur UX-IA Agent

  • Features that didn't make it into the MVP: lo-fi/hi-fi wireframes based off your app's context using Claude API, competitor search analysis built-in
  • Expanding agentic capabilities to support full lifecycle app building, including code generation and testing.
  • Adding integrations with popular dev tools and repositories for seamless workflow continuity.
  • Incorporating collaborative features for team-based UX planning.
  • Continuing to refine the framework based on user feedback to make app building smarter, easier, and more intentional.
