Vehicles have with the VIN a clear ID. Vehicles are connected to a backend. Charge points are connected to a backend. A connection between vehicle backend and chargepoint operater backend is established via DLT

getting together more big players and organizing the collaboration

What I learned

today only Etherium seems to be currenty mature enough to set up such a construct
