Change Adapter

Inspiration

Over last 20 years working as a change manager in transformation, I've faced lack of structured assessment in the initiation stages of a project that considers process, people, clients, regulatory and technology impacts. I believe this and other tools im going to build on bolt.new will help mid size Businesses and SaaS CSMs apply change management methodologies in practice and help guide next steps.

What it does

Change adapter assesses risk in change and provides 2 recommendations to help you address the highest risks. This is an initial MVP, the end product will have more features if it is proven to find a good market fit.

How we built it

I have built the builder prompt, then used bolt.new to create a page and reiterated for about a week before i was happy with the final page.

Challenges we ran into

The key challenge was about keeping consistent look & feel that was in line with branding guidelines. With each iteration of the code, the look and feel was different even when the prompt remained the same.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

MVP is getting tested, I received great feedback on look & feel and usability.

What we learned

B2B tools have to look presentable and professional to be taken seriously. When working with AI builders, it helps to keep an open mind and be flexible about the results as running same prompts doesnt guarantee the same result.

What's next for Change Adapter

We are looking for partners to pilot change adapter extended version and engage with community to help shape and prioritise product features.
