Challenge 1: Hack the Pharma

We implemented Challenge 1 from Molecular Forecaster. This codebase implements a comprehensive machine learning pipeline for predicting kinase inhibitor binding affinities and selectivity profiles.

Comment

We were very interested in the biological aspects and also how we can leverage ML techniques to improve performace of ranking the kinases and inhibitors, helping us better understand these critical biological processes.
