Inspiration

To use blockchain to bridge the transparency gap between consumers and farmers, ensuring fair compensation for Indian agriculture.

What it does

It records every supply chain step on the Polygon blockchain, allowing consumers to scan QR codes to see a full profit split between farmers and middlemen

How we built it

Using a Solidity smart contract, a React Native mobile app, a Next.js admin dashboard, and IPFS for decentralized storage

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring gas optimization for low-cost transactions and creating a seamless offline demo mode for users without crypto wallets

Developing a multilingual (Hindi/English) interface with integrated UPI tipping to empower rural farmers directly
