Inspiration

The rate of shipping DApps are going on a bull run but not much of the non-tech users are able to smoothly experience the decentralised applications. Moreover they struggle understanding it's benefits and are usually very much concerned about the security features. Though we have fast growing and resourceful web 3 communities there is a lot of struggle for DApps to reach out to a wider audience. This is a very big issue that is being faced in web3. :(

Eventually we thought of an idea to use the power of collective knowledge of web 3 community to provide seamless experience for any user with the help of chat support. The only thing that can make a human understand about DApps better than ChatGPT is another person especially when it is someone like a developer who is thorough with the concepts. We can also bring up a "developer helping developer" system.

What it does

It emphasise the power of DApps through connecting developer communities across the world and enlighten the users. This is an easily pluggable SDK that can provide chat-help for DApps by connecting resource people throughout the world. It provides gauranteed incentives to developers who can assist users. When a user needs help with interaction with a DApp the user can send a request which is broadcasted to all the subscribed developers via channels. A developer gets notified and can accept a request from his/her dashboard and connect to the user to give assistance from wherever they are and this is made using push chat. Later on the developer gets rewarded instantly after the user gives a satisfied input(yes/no). Through this the supporters can help whenever they want during their free time or anytime they want. Also the companies doesn't have to keep so many hired just to attend these unpredictable calls.

The entire system is controlled by immutable smart contracts that can provide gauranteed incentives to anyone with proper knowledge who can give assistance to users.

Challenges we ran into

Lack of deep knowledge about integrating various concepts and protocols. Use of package like push notification involved payment and didn't had developer envs.
