Inspiration
Financial advisors may have 100–150 clients.
It is hard to remember everyone, every conversation, and when to follow up.
So we built CHADBUDDY to help advisors remember and care for every client.
What it does
CHADBUDDY remembers:
- What clients said
- What they care about
- When they were last contacted
- Important market news
Then it helps the advisor know:
Who should I talk to? What should I say? When should I say it?
It writes a personal message and waits for the advisor to approve it.
How we built it
CHADBUDDY works like this:
Listen → Remember → Find important news → Pick the right client → Write a message → Advisor approves
The AI does the remembering.
The advisor stays in control.
Challenges we ran into
The hardest part was not writing messages.
The hard part was knowing which client needs attention and when.
We also did not want CHADBUDDY to send too many unnecessary messages.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that CHADBUDDY is more than a chatbot.
It can remember many client relationships and help advisors give each client more attention.
What we learned
We learned that good AI is not just about doing things automatically.
Sometimes the best AI is the one that remembers things people forget and helps at the right time.
What's next for CHADBUDDY
Next, we want CHADBUDDY to understand even more client information and detect when a client may be losing interest.
Our goal is simple:
