Inspiration
Sometimes when you get bored and tired of solving problems on Codeforces, you need motivation, and what could be better than getting that realistic one from your friends?
What it does
So, my project generates a unique problem link with the difficulty rating attached to it modifying the parameters related to the number of friends, problem count which you might want to see, and from which date you want to see.
How we built it
I built it using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Challenges we ran into
Getting API to respond to in the limited time frame and most importantly converting data into a SHA256 encryption key for secure transmission took quite a lot of time.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am using my own project consistently, so I am proud of it.
What we learned
Many things related to security, and API access, and since I am a beginner learning everything from scratch was quite fun.
What's next for CF-Friends-Visualizer
Wanting to add a drop-down for selecting friends, save data locally so it does not fetch every time etc.
