In the global world with number of multinational companies, it becomes difficult to manage certifications of employees from different countries because every country has their specific rules and regulations, trainings and certifications related to any given industry. The solution builds a simpler certification compliance plan as per country and its rules and regulations.

Certification compliance application from Bits in Glass is the best-in-class compliance management application. It has the following features that differentiate our application unique:
⦁ Entire records of certifications are stored in a centralized place and easily accessible
⦁ Assignment of applicable certifications to individuals based on their role and job responsibilities
⦁ HR’s ability to create customized training programs like: - If one certification needs 3 months of preparation/planning, the employee will receive reminder 3 months in advance to start planning
⦁ Records are updated automatically
⦁ HR defines recurrence frequency of a certification once and thereafter an employee receives automated reminder of due certification thereby reducing manual efforts
⦁ Automated reminders to employees of certifications that are reaching their expiry date
⦁ Reporting is interactive with graphical representation of data. Gives compliance percentage.

Challenges we ran into
SLA: - There was a challenge to use property reference for SLA in app studio. We overcame this by switching to Dev studio by updating OOTB SLA rule.
Recurring Compliance Certification: - There was a challenge to use Job Scheduler in app studio. We overcame this by using wait shape. We are using wait shape in the first stage to send the notification to employee about recurring certification, and we are using create shape at resolution stage to create a recurring case.
