I built it using IBM Watson Assistant and IBM cloud
Challenges I ran into

With the ever-growing number of cases, most third world countries would find it difficult to manage the spiking case, due to a shortage of test kits and health care facilities CERES is designed to help prioritize this cases thereby reducing the number of fatal cases.
What I learned
I have learned how to use AI to provide Just-In-Time solutions, using IBM Watson assistance and Cloud services.
What's next for CERES
