🌟 Inspiration The modern workplace is flooded with tools that lack integration and provide little insight into real team productivity. We envisioned Cerberus Dashboard (CD) as an intelligent command center for team management—one that doesn't just visualize data, but understands it. Our goal was to merge analytics, productivity, and AI-driven insights into one seamless, powerful experience for both managers and teams.

Cerberus Dashboard (CD) empowers organizations to:
Track real-time productivity across multiple teams
Analyze sentiment, burnout risks, and collaboration trends
Upload Excel files to generate AI-powered insights
Use an AI assistant to query reports, trends, or anomalies
Add custom teams, tasks, and dashboards dynamically
Visualize forecasted performance, anomalies, and historical comparisons
🛠️ How we built it
Frontend: React + TailwindCSS + ShadCN UI + Recharts
Backend: Node.js with Express (for API endpoints)
AI Layer: OpenAI or DeepSeek LLM integrated via REST endpoints
Storage: JSON + CSV parsing for Excel uploads
Visualization: Recharts, Chart.js, and neumorphic UI for dynamic reports
Authentication: NextAuth (planned), user sessions via JWT
