Inspiration
One of our projects in the Girls Who Code SIP was a Buzzfeed-esque personality quiz! I was inspired by my teacher's Office-themed personality quiz, and since I'm a Friends fanatic, I decided to make a personality quiz about Friends!
What it does
You answer seven questions to see which of the 6 main characters of Friends you are: Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe or Joey!
How I built it
Used HTML for the basic framework, CSS for styling and Javascript for the buttons and calculations.
Challenges I ran into
The algorithm for determining the winner of the personality quiz. With 6 options, it's more likely you could tie, so I had a little trouble with that.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Getting it to work! It took a lot of struggling and debugging with the console.log .
What I learned
Javascript is the bane of my existence- just kidding. I learned what the algorithms of buzzfeed quizzes might look like.
What's next for Central Perk
Better formatting! I hate the Permanent Marker font with a burning passion.
