We wanted to learn a new software to do meaningful work by helping improve the business process for our “client,” Pizzeria Mamma Mia.

There was a bit of a learning curve when using Celonis software
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We created various models and were able to meet the needs of what our customer (Pizzeria Mamma Mia) wanted. We identified negative effects to the company, were able to provide suggestions to improve their business model
What we learned
We learned how to identify what factors determine certain outputs in order to create graphs that show what negatively affects the Pizzeria Mamma Mia company and what can increase profits.
