Inspiration
As college students, we know how important pizza is to someone's life. So we decided to help the people of Munich by building an App, doing some analyses and giving solutions to the issues faced to get pizzas faster and without any issues.
What it does
It explains the number of cases for each process in the process model and shows the non-conformity present in the process model. It also shows various dependencies between some variables and calculates the profits and costs for the selected cases.
How we built it
We built it using Celonis and performed various data analyses using IPython notebooks.
Challenges we ran into
Feature Engineering for the throughput time variable, and what variable should be chosen for the solutions of the issues faced
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We did the data analyses, built the app, identified the issues faced by the people of Munich, and provided solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
What we learned
We learnt how to work on Celonis and how to perform Business Process Mining.
What's next for Celonis 2021 Challenge
Pizzeria Mamma Mia can use our app and watch our video to improve the business so that no more issues are raised, and the people of Munich can happily enjoy their pizzas.
