Inspiration

The desire to help Giovanny run his pizza business. Since all of us, teammates, are from business families, we know how it feels like to run at a loss.

What it does

The project provides the major issues faced by the pizza shop through a process of elimination, and possible suggestions for the store to improve.

How we built it

We have mainly used Celonis and PQL to make a strong workspace and used aesthetic features to present them properly.

Challenges we ran into

The major challenge was that the Celonis software was new to us. We took a huge chunk of time in learning and understanding how the software works and how we could leverage it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have managed to gain deeper insights into the store's problems using the data provided. 27 cans of energy drinks, boosting our motivation, are a major factor in this accomplishment.

What we learned

We have learned how to look at data in unorthodox ways. We have also learned to handle the Celonis suite. Not to forget that this experience made our team, as a whole, a coherent unit for further explorations.

What's next for Celonis 2021 Challenge

We can use this suite to help our families run their own businesses efficiently.
