Cellular Automata Random Number Generator

Fractal patterns expose both aesthetic and mathematical beauty. Further studies in complexity can reveal ways to generate random numbers, including the use of cellular automata. My project updates a cellular automata and generates numbers more random than the built in python pseudo random number generator (according to various Diehard tests).
