How we built it
Audio is brokered on the foundation of the http://cellphonia.org/ ISP servers that have already delivered network music content of 15 world wide performances. In the past Twilio https://www.twilio.com/ has supported Cellphonia in the acquisition of mobile phone contributions made by the public and will most likely be utilized again.
