Inspiration

My partner teaches an introductory college level hematology class and wanted to develop a more in depth game tool to help students when they are studying the different types of white blood cells.

What it does

Provides a database for study of different cell types that the program has access to, and also has game mode options for multiple choice quizzes, and flash cards as well. Also tracks student progress, showing the different cell types and percentages of correct answers to missed over time.

How we built it

My partner has a collection of personal photos that we uploaded into a data base. She developed the knowledge database as well and then used Bolt AI builder to develop all the needed code and and web design.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into the challenge of being able to describe the tasks we wanted the AI program to do and efficiently communicating exactly what we wanted the program to do for us.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Developing a successful game, and learning how to navigate and use the Bolt program to help develop programs for her students to use in her course work.

What we learned

Learned a little bit more about how to use AI programs to help develop apps that would be useful in a course setting for students to bolster their learning program.
