Deforestation is a global issue and of major concern in the Amazon rainforest as the impacts can be huge, both locally and globally. It is a major driver of climate change and can account for up to a fifth of global greenhouse gas emissions.

Celestial Green Ventures team work closely with Mayor of Borba and his team of dedicated staff to develop the correct strategies to make the project effective for all. The Borba team impart their invaluable knowledge of the communities and the issues they face, to make this possible, as well as ensuring they have as much contact with the communities within the project area to ensure communication channels with the residents of the project are upheld.
