PFS social investment has 10 years of learnings, with some success and some failures. Innovators are working on PFS 2.0 that is smaller and leaner. This would leapfrog 2.0, and use blockchain features to verify intervention dose, eliminate costly intermediaries, and pay service providers and participants directly.
