Inspiration

The desire to obtain as much as I can from NUS before I graduate.

What it does

CatchMyProf uses advanced facial tracking and comparing technology to capture your favourite professors, and save them as beautiful 3D models.

How we built it

CatchMyProf was built with Flutter and the Azure cloud platform for computer-vision related tasks. We also used sheer willpower and motivation throughout the short timespan of the 24 hour Hackathon.

Challenges we ran into

We didn't get supper vouchers which made us quite hungry. However, the NUS Hackers team did such a great job that we nearly forgot about it all.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We managed to collect the essence of what makes NUS fun. All of it is contained within this application.

What we learned

We learned that the real hackathon is not the end journey nor the internship opportunities, but the vouchers and interactions that we had along the way #staypositive

What's next for CatchMyProf

We really hope this app does not become very useful because honestly it's just a really really fun time waster. By the way did you know we love waffles? wink wink ;)
