Cat Website

Inspiration

I am a cat lover so everytime I look at cats, all my stress is erased and I become very happy.

What it does

A site where you can get images of cats and potentially download them. You can also select custom breeds with it too.

How we built it

I used mainly react to handle the frontend and cat api as the backend.

Challenges we ran into

I ran into the challenge of making a download link for the cat images but after a few days, the issue was resolved.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am very proud of the site in general as I never thought of building my own site and have it working as I intended it to.

What we learned

I learnt about react and scss as it expanded my knowledge on website development drastically.

What's next for Cat Website

I will potentially add another page with similar functionality but for dogs instead.
