Inspiration
This chatbot is all about helping students register classes for the next semester. The registered user interacts with the chatbot and would get course recommendations.
What it does
The registered user would enter their credentials, and the user can intereact with the chatbot. The chatbot would recommend courses based on user data such as courses taken, their career goals, etc.
How we built it
Tech Stack: Frontend: HTML, CSS Backend: Flask/Python AI/LLM: Claude Data Modeling: MySQL
Challenges we ran into
Where should we get our data from to create a database for this project? Either from web-scraping or generation. What LLM model is best? How can we let our LLM to query into our database
What we learned
We learned how to integrate different technologies into this project. Learned about collaboration and Teamwork.
