CartCause creates a daily profit-leak brief for founder-led ecommerce stores.

CartCause surfaces the highest-priority leak candidates and brings their supporting returns, reviews, support notes, and product promises into one focused workspace. GPT-5.6 ranks the candidates, forms bounded cause hypotheses, identifies the evidence behind each one, and drafts approval-ready product and CX changes.

The owner can inspect every source, compare before and after copy, approve a fix, and download a structured implementation bundle. CartCause never edits or publishes to a storefront automatically.

CartCause is not a chatbot or another broad dashboard. It is one daily loop: brief, evidence, approve.

How it works

The public demo opens with Morrow Supply, a clearly labeled fictional store. Three product-level candidates demonstrate fit expectations, feature clarity, and delivery-promise gaps.

The complete brief, evidence, fix, and approval loop works without an account or API key. A one-click fictional CSV template also demonstrates how a normalized evidence packet can enter the same decision flow.

GPT-5.6 performs the central semantic synthesis: ranking candidates, connecting qualitative evidence across multiple sources, forming bounded cause hypotheses, and drafting grounded fixes.

Provided financial values stay separate from model-authored recommendations. Every displayed hypothesis and suggested fix remains connected to visible evidence IDs, a confidence level, and a clear limit on what may be claimed.

Data and control

The optional live mode uses a temporary user-provided OpenAI API key that CartCause does not persist in app storage or a database. The raw CSV remains local, and only normalized fields can enter an intentional live analysis.

Suggested changes remain owner-approved drafts. CartCause has no automatic storefront publishing path.

What comes next

The next step is a read-only Shopify connection feeding the same daily brief, followed by owner-approved draft actions in storefront and customer-experience tools. Outcome measurement follows after the approval loop is proven with real stores.
