We aim to leverage on technology to create a fun and engaging solution which users can check on HDB car parks, monitor the maintenance if any and take ownership for the well-being of their estate.

Our HDB application allows users to login through their Singpass to verify their identity. The application allows users to search for carparks to report any faults. They can also use their location to find the nearest carparks around them. Users can upload images or videos, along with descriptions when reporting faults in the carpark. To encourage users to report faults, points are given out whenever a valid fault is reported. These points can be used to redeem vouchers such as a $10 NTUC Fairprice voucher or a rebate to offset their seasonal parking which can be easily verified via their Singpass identity. These give users a monetary incentive to continue reporting faults in carparks. A leaderboard is also put in place, displaying the top users who regularly contribute to the fault reporting application.
