Inspiration
Our team built a similar page in one subject at the university and we thought that upgrading its design would be a funny activity, and changing it to another language since we made it with word press and we wanted to learn a js front end framework.
What it does
Its an e-commerce for a butchery named "Carniceria Parceros" where we manage to implement the views for:
- Home page
- Shop
- Shopping Cart
- About page
- Sign up page
How we built it
We started the design of the project working on the home page using it as our learning stage then doing the following views was more easy splitting the work to create the sign up, and so forth. While one was working on the on one view the other was organizing it and the other working in the code.
Challenges we ran into
We never used figma before so we had to watch many tutorial and it is our first time doing an app in nextjs since we have done all our previous work in django.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The style of the page like color, order, animations in the figma. In nextjs that we build a most of the views.
What we learned
A lot of figma, now we a going to speed run the process of doing a muck up a million times faster when we needed and we learn may thing of nextjs so we can have a better front the next time we have a project.
What's next for Carniceria parceros
For the page not that much but for the team we have new tool to work with a more experience working together.
Built With
- figma
- nextjs
