Inspiration

We are inspired by many people that suffering from mental health issues. In 2019, 20.6% of adults experienced mental illness in the U.S. Also, 5.2% of U.S. adults experienced serious mental illness in 2019. Almost 13% of people worldwide suffer for mental health issues and 14.3% of death worldwide each year are attributable to mental disorders.

What it does

We Provide the support for the user to interact with people and share their feelings with them We Provide support from expert mental health doctors We Provide the facility of regular events for proper guidance about mental health and illness We Provide the facility to contact your nearest mental health community We Help people to get aware and gain more knowledge about mental health and how to deal with it There are also daily blogs uploaded by doctors and patients to keep people motivated We Help people to get an online test to check if they are suffering from any kind of illness

How we built it

We built it with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Also, we use Bootstrap for the style.

Challenges we ran into

Since our team mostly consist of high school students, we still learning to build a full website so we ran into some problem like how to use git, etc. But we keep learning and learning over the hackathon period.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we are able to finish this hackathon. It took a lot of time and energy to learn to fully build a website.

What we learned

We learned a lot of things, like basic HTML, CSS, javascript, and bootstrap. Also, we learn how to collaborate and solve problems.

What's next for Careyourself

We want to expand our website and our local community so everyone can ask for help to cure their mental health issues.
