Inspiration
Millions of people struggle to maintain healthy daily routines due to busy schedules, missed medications, irregular sleep, poor hydration, and a lack of personalized guidance. While many health apps focus on only one aspect of wellness, we wanted to create a single platform that encourages consistent healthy habits and empowers users to take better care of themselves.
Inspired by United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), we built CareSync to make personal healthcare simple, organized, and accessible through modern web technologies and AI.
What it does
CareSync is an AI-powered personal health companion that helps users manage their daily wellness in one place.

Challenges we ran into
