A significant share of post-surgery issues are avoidable with the right protocols, timely patient follow-ups, and clear reporting from patients. CareSetu.ai was born from a hackathon with AIIMS doctors, shaped directly by the problems they face on the ground. It’s an agent-powered Patient Relationship Management layer that guides patients from pre-visit to post-care across WhatsApp, voice calls, SMS, and email—automating scheduling, reminders, intake, queue updates, and feedback so hospitals lower admin costs, reduce no-shows, and shrink time-to-care while staff focus on clinical work. The conversational agent runs on Claude Sonnet (reasoning + workflow), orchestrated in n8n (flows, integrations, escalation), with natural neural voice via ElevenLabs for inbound/outbound calling. To simulate EMR connectivity for the demo, we’re using Google Sheets as a lightweight data bridge. This work is being shaped in consultation with Dr. Jyoutishman Saikia (AIIMS).
For this first public demo, we’re showcasing a phone-call follow-up after surgery—day-1 recovery check, meds reminder, wound-care guidance, escalation to a nurse if needed, and an NPS call-back.
