Careforce lets patients lets primary care physicians manage their patient intake data from the Salesforce cloud. Rather than being forced to fill out paper forms in the waiting room, patients can now quickly enter their medical history and insurance information in the Careforce mobile application. Salesforce securely stores the patient data in compliance with HIPAA standards and allows physicians to reduce overhead and track the flow of patients through their practices.

Careforce saves time for both patients filling out medical forms and doctors sifting through paperwork. The average American visits the doctor’s office 3.3 times every year and each visit takes around 23 minutes. Saving a single minute during a visit results in nearly 2,000 years saved annually for patients, doctors, and the U.S. healthcare system. On top of all of this wasted time when seeing patients, a doctor and her support staff will spend more than 10 hours each week on paperwork.

Although electronic medical records (EMRs) are on the rise, nearly 80% of the healthcare providers who have implemented an EMR continue to use paper forms of some kind. 79% of physicians using EMR software report an increase in efficiency. By moving from paper to mobile, Careforce lets doctors streamline their patient intake.

Leveraging the Salesforce cloud platform, the Careforce mobile application eliminates paper transcription costs, reduces patient wait time, and improves efficiency throughout the doctor’s office.
