InspirationCareFlow AI was born from the desire to fix the "clunky" reality of modern healthcare, where administrative burnout often overshadows patient care. Inspiration:- The project was inspired by the massive efficiency gap in clinics. Seeing front-desk staff overwhelmed by repetitive calls and patients struggling to book simple appointments sparked the idea for a "human-centered" automation system. The goal was to build a tool that didn't just replace humans, but acted as a "force multiplier" to give doctors more time for actual medicine.

How It Was Built:- We took a rapid-prototyping approach for the RoyalHacks hackathon using a powerful no-code/low-code stack:The UI: Built instantly using Lovable, which allowed us to generate a professional frontend through natural language prompts. The "Brain": Used n8n to orchestrate complex backend workflows and connect various AI agents.Intelligence: Integrated Claude and OpenAI via APIs to handle voice interactions and clinical note generation.Predictive Power: Implemented a RandomForest algorithm to analyze clinic data and optimize appointment slots. Challenges Faced:- *Real-Time Syncing: Ensuring the AI receptionist updated the clinic’s Supabase database instantly without conflict was a technical hurdle during the time-pressured hackathon. *Accuracy & Trust: In healthcare, "close enough" isn't good enough. We had to implement a "doctor-in-the-loop" mechanism to ensure high-risk cases were always flagged for human review.
