CareFlow AI empowers doctors to gain meaningful insights into patient histories while using AI to identify and automatically fill out insurance forms based on previous claims and medical records. By reducing documentation errors and preventable claim denials, we aim to save hospitals millions in lost revenue and administrative costs while helping patients access necessary care faster. Less time filling out forms, more time saving lives.

Step 1 — Doctor selects a patient

A clinician opens CareFlow AI and selects a patient from the dashboard.

Step 2 — AI automatically gathers patient information

CareFlow retrieves and organizes relevant medical history, medications, previous visits, clinical documentation, and available insurance records. It presents important insights without requiring the doctor to manually search through multiple records or ask individual questions.

Step 3 — AI identifies insurance requirements

CareFlow analyzes the available patient information and previous claims to identify relevant fields and supporting documents needed to prepare the insurance request.

Step 4 — AI detects missing information

Before preparing the request, CareFlow checks for missing documentation and inconsistencies. If a required clinical note or field is missing, the system flags it for correction.

Step 5 — Insurance forms are automatically prepared

Using Daytona-powered agents and Anchor Browser, CareFlow can enter verified information into a simulated insurance portal, reducing repetitive manual work.

Step 6 — Doctor reviews and approves

The clinician reviews the completed draft and approves it before submission, maintaining human oversight of the process

Potential Impact

By identifying missing information earlier and automating repetitive documentation, CareFlow aims to reduce preventable denials, administrative rework, and reimbursement delays.

For example, if a hospital processes 10,000 authorization requests annually and CareFlow saves 10 minutes per request, that could free approximately 1,667 staff hours per year, equivalent to about $66,700 in annual staff-time value at an illustrative $40 hourly cost.
