I am inspired by the growing need for personalized career guidance in the tech industry. With the rapid emergence of fields like blockchain, AI, and cloud computing, individuals often struggle to find career paths that align with their skills and interests. I aim to create a solution that not only predicts career paths but also empowers users with secure, data-driven recommendations.

What it does

CareerVerse SLM will predict IT career paths by analyzing user inputs such as skills, interests, and personality traits. It will provide personalized recommendations, actionable steps for skill improvement, and access to curated learning resources. By leveraging blockchain, it will ensure secure, decentralized storage of user data, giving individuals full ownership of their career profiles.

How I plan to built it

The system will be developed by training a Random Forest Classifier on a curated dataset of IT careers, skills, and traits. A user-friendly interface will be designed to collect input data, which the SLM will process to generate predictions. Blockchain technology will be integrated to securely store and manage user data. The platform will also include a feedback mechanism to refine predictions over time.

Challenges I anticipate

I anticipate challenges in achieving high prediction accuracy while keeping the model lightweight and efficient. Integrating blockchain seamlessly with the career guidance system will require careful consideration of user experience and security. Additionally, ensuring the system remains adaptable to new and emerging IT careers will be a key focus.
