Aaj ke time par bohot se freshers aur tech professionals job interviews se darrte hain kyunki unhe real-time practice nahi milti. Asli career coaches bohot expensive hote hain aur generic AI tools sirf normal sawal-jawab karte hain, real interview ka feel nahi dete. Isi problem ko solve karne ke liye humne CareerSaarthi banaya—ek aisa autonomous AI Agent jo bilkul ek asli HR manager ki tarah aapka interview leta hai.

What it does

CareerSaarthi ek comprehensive AI Interview Agent hai jo yeh sab autonomous tarike se karta hai:

  1. Resume Parsing: User apna resume upload karta hai, aur Agent uski skills aur experience extract kar leta hai.
  2. Adaptive Mock Interview: Yeh generic sawal nahi poochta, balki user ke resume aur target job profile ke hisaab se customized technical aur behavioral sawal poochta hai.
  3. Real-time Feedback & Grading: Har answer ke baad yeh user ke confidence aur technical accuracy ko analyze karta hai.
  4. Upskilling Roadmap: Interview khatam hone par yeh ek complete scorecard deta hai aur batata hai ki kaunse topics kamzor hain, unhe sudharne ke liye free learning resources ke links bhi provide karta hai.

How we built it

Humne is pure platform ko Google Cloud ke powerful AI ecosystem par khada kiya hai:

  • Vertex AI Agent Builder: Iska use karke humne agent ka core conversational workflow aur logic design kiya.
  • Gemini 1.5 Pro & Flash: Complex interview questions generate karne aur user ke answers ko deeply evaluate karne ke liye use kiya.
  • Python & Streamlit: Frontend aur backend integration ke liye, jahan user smoothly interact kar sake.

Challenges we ran into

Sabse bada challenge tha interview ke flow ko natural rakhna taaki AI baar-baar ek hi tarah ke sawal na pooche. Iske liye humne Vertex AI mein advanced prompt chaining aur session management ka use kiya, jisse Agent ko yaad rehta hai ki usne pehle kya poocha tha.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Humne ek aisa agent banaya jo sirf chatbot nahi hai, balki dynamically user ke standard ke hisaab se interview ka difficulty level badal leta hai.

What we learned

Humne seekha ki kaise Google Cloud Vertex AI ke tools ka use karke bohot hi kam time mein ek highly scalable aur smart AI Agent build kiya ja sakta hai.

What's next for CareerSaarthi

Future mein hum isme voice-to-voice interview features aur video-based facial/expression analysis bhi jodna chahte hain taaki user ke body language ka bhi feedback diya ja sake.
