🚀 Inspiration

Students today are overwhelmed when it comes to choosing the right career path. Most of them rely on random advice, trends, or peer influence rather than data-driven decisions.

We realized that while there are many platforms that provide information, there is no system that actually guides a student step-by-step — like a real mentor would.

This inspired us to build CareerPilot AI, a digital career mentor that not only helps users choose the right path but also prepares them to achieve it.

CareerPilot AI is an AI-powered platform that simulates multiple career paths based on a user’s profile and provides actionable guidance.

🧠 Identifies skill gaps for selected roles

🏗️ How we built it

We designed the system as a multi-agent AI architecture, where each agent performs a specific task:

Career Analysis Agent → Understands user profile
Prediction Agent → Simulates career outcomes
Skill Gap Agent → Identifies missing skills
Resume Agent → Generates optimized resumes (LaTeX → PDF)
Interview Agent → Provides feedback and preparation

These agents are orchestrated together to act as a unified digital mentor.

The platform is built using:

Gemini API (AI intelligence layer)
