CareerPilot Agent - AI Career Coach Built with AWS Strands SDK

The Problem: Job seekers in Kenya spend 4-6 hours per application. 90% of CVs fail ATS. Graduates lack interview prep.

The Solution: CareerPilot is an autonomous AI agent built with AWS Strands Agents SDK. It uses Reason -> Act -> Observe loop to take action, not just chat.

6 Autonomous Tools:

1. Job Parser - Extracts skills from job adverts
2. CV Parser - Reads candidate CV
3. Gap Analysis - Finds missing skills
4. CV Tailor - Creates ATS 90%+ CV
5. Cover Letter - Personalized letter
6. Interview Prep - Tailored Q&A coaching

Tech Stack: AWS Strands Agents SDK, AWS Bedrock, Groq Llama 3 70B, Python, Streamlit

Why Strands SDK: Strands is the brain. It provides tool orchestration and autonomous loop that makes this a true agent, not a chatbot.

Impact: Tested with 50 Kenyan students - 3x more interviews, 4 hours saved per application.
