Inspiration

Many students attend interviews without knowing whether they are truly prepared. They often realize their weaknesses only after rejection. This inspired us to create CareerForge AI — an AI-powered platform that helps students evaluate their interview readiness before facing real recruiters.

What it does

CareerForge AI analyzes a student’s resume, technical skills, portfolio, and communication confidence to generate an Interview Readiness Score. The platform also provides AI-powered recruiter feedback, skill gap analysis, and personalized career improvement suggestions.

How we built it

We built the project using Wix Studio for rapid frontend development and modern UI design. AI-powered workflows and prompt engineering were used to simulate recruiter-style analysis and generate personalized feedback for users.

Challenges we faced

One of the biggest challenges was designing a system that delivers meaningful career insights within less than 2 minutes while keeping the interface simple, modern, and user-friendly. We also focused on creating a professional AI dashboard experience suitable for students and freshers.

Accomplishments

We successfully developed a functional prototype with a modern UI, AI-based scoring system, career roadmap suggestions, and recruiter-style feedback that helps students understand and improve their interview readiness.
