Students often struggle to find genuine internships and entry-level jobs because opportunities are spread across multiple platforms, application processes are repetitive, and there is no intelligent system that matches students with opportunities based on their skills and interests. Many students also fail to track their applications, receive interview guidance, or improve their resumes. Meanwhile, companies find it difficult to identify suitable candidates quickly, especially from colleges and universities. The goal is to build a secure, AI-powered full-stack web application that connects students with recruiters through an intelligent recruitment platform. Students can create professional profiles, upload resumes, receive personalized job recommendations, apply for internships and jobs, and track application progress. Recruiters can post opportunities, filter candidates, and manage the hiring process through an intuitive dashboard. By leveraging AWS cloud databases and modern web technologies, the platform aims to simplify campus recruitment, improve employment opportunities, and reduce the gap between students and employers.
