we all study to get a job but our collage fails to teach what is needed to be learnt to achieve our goal job, this is where i though i can build a companion where it helps me to learn and provide with whatever i need to get a job.

CareerCompass AI is an intelligent AI career mentor that helps students analyze their current skills and identify the path to their desired career role. The system interacts through a chat interface where users can input their skills and career goals. The AI agent performs skill gap analysis, calculates a career readiness score, and generates personalized learning roadmaps.

we have used Airia platform which is such a wonderful platform to make a AI model. it does a fantastic job .

we faced challenges to get the expected outcome and the length of the outcome we needed was insane but later we could get it, our model gives such a clear and perfect result not short or small outcome like other models.

We built CareerCompass AI, an interactive AI mentor that analyzes skills, measures job readiness, and generates personalized learning roadmaps. It also includes dynamic features like skill simulation and multi-career recommendations.

We learned how to design AI agents, create effective prompts, and build user-friendly conversational experiences for real-world problems like career guidance.

We plan to add real-time job data, advanced resume analysis, and personalized progress tracking to make the system more powerful and scalable.
