Inspiration

In the AGI era, global youth face unprecedented career uncertainty. Our project aims to help young people find their unique niche in a rapidly changing world through AI-driven psychological assessment and dynamic skill analysis. We believe that professional navigation should be as engaging as it is insightful.

What it does

Career Planning Agent is a career navigation game designed specifically for youth. It transforms professional planning into an immersive exploration experience based on the MBTI personality evaluation.

Core Mechanism: Uses AI to analyze personality traits and skills to match users with optimal career paths.
SDG Integration: The experience links university activities to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), connecting career choices with global social impact. ## How we built it We utilized AI technology to construct the underlying logic and dynamic data analysis for personalized career recommendations.
Frontend: A gamified interface designed to maximize user engagement.
Logic Layer: An integration of MBTI assessment frameworks with a database of emerging careers in the AGI era.
Content Layer: Using university clubs as an entry point to demonstrate how daily activities build professional competencies.

We modeled our matching probability using the following logic: $$P(success) = \sum_{i=1}^{n} w_i \cdot skill_i$$

Challenges we ran into

One of our primary hurdles was accurately mapping the diverse landscape of university clubs to the specific targets of the 17 SDGs. We had to ensure the game mechanics remained engaging while maintaining the scientific integrity of the professional and psychological data.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have created a platform that empowers youth to see themselves as part of the AGI era's solution rather than its victims. Successfully integrating MBTI frameworks with global development goals in a gamified environment was a significant milestone for our team.

What we learned

Through this project, we realized that AGI is not just a tool but a catalyst for youth to discover their own potential. Deconstructing complex career planning into game levels and club activities can significantly reduce "career anxiety" among the next generation.

We plan to expand our database to include a wider range of emerging career paths and integrate deeper AI-driven coaching features. Our ultimate goal is to empower global youth to find their unique niche and contribute to a sustainable future for all.
