What inspired us to do this project was seeing how interactions with employers and applicants was often troublesome and applying for jobs on the applicant side or picking applicants form the employer side was a bit troublesome. We designed Career Crush to provide a simplistic approach to this and make it easier for both sides! We learned a lot about how we can integrate those two sides and make it easier for the users and we built our project using Python as well as several libraries such as scikit-learn, streamlit and many more! The challenges we faced were that finding a way to integrate both sides was a lot of work especially to do it in a simple manner that is suitable for all.
