Inspiration 💡

For the "Career Constellations" project, I was inspired by the intricate career paths individuals take within an organization. I aimed to visualize and map these diverse trajectories to better understand how employees progress in their careers.

What it does 🚀

The "Career Constellations" project offers a comprehensive visual analysis of career progression within our workforce. It visualizes various career paths, highlights growth patterns, and provides insights into transitions and promotions, all in an intuitive and interactive dashboard format.

How I built it 🛠️

Utilizing Microsoft Power BI as the primary tool, I integrated data from multiple sources, including HR analytics data and promotion/retrenchment records. I employed various visualization techniques, such as bar charts, scatter plots, and slicers, to create an interactive dashboard that maps out the career trajectories.

Challenges I ran into 🧗‍♀️

During the project, I faced challenges in merging and cleaning the diverse datasets. Additionally, creating visually appealing yet informative visualizations that convey complex career data in a user-friendly manner posed a significant challenge.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of 🏆

I'm proud of developing a dashboard that simplifies complex career data into easily understandable visuals. Achieving a seamless integration of various data sources and presenting clear insights into career progression patterns is a significant accomplishment.
