Built with a scalable architecture combining React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Python-based AI engines, Career Compass overcomes the challenge of turning subjective personal traits into accurate, actionable guidance. We’re proud to have designed a highly intuitive experience and a recommendation engine that feels tailored, reliable, and empowering—especially for women seeking flexible opportunities.
