What it does

Career Compass provides a straightforward and supportive path for asylum seekers to navigate their educational and career aspirations. Here's how it works: First, users create a profile detailing their educational background and career interests. They then gain access to a wealth of resources, including detailed guides on different educational pathways and career options. Our platform offers personalized advice through an interactive tool that suggests steps based on individual profiles. Additionally, users can connect with mentors—both professionals in their fields of interest and former asylum seekers who have successfully established themselves. This community aspect allows for real-time advice, networking opportunities, and the sharing of experiences. Regular webinars and workshops further enhance learning and development opportunities. With Career Compass, users are never alone; they have a community and a suite of tools to help them succeed in their new lives.
